Hello, I am Sheri Czak, owner of Road Less Traveled Counseling & Consulting LLC. I am an LCSW and a certified EMDR therapist. Using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), in conjunction with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness practices, we will create an individualized plan for your therapy.
